The agile 53-year-old mother and fitness enthusiast effortlessly glided through a series of warrior, tree, and triangle poses under the azure skies.

Dressed in a stylish ensemble of a black, white, and gray patterned bikini top paired with loosely draped cream-colored capri pants, Brooke’s toned legs were on full display as she playfully danced with the incoming waves post-yoga session.

The fitness aficionado, who has made a name for herself through her commitment to staying in shape, recently shared her thoughts on the weight-loss medication, Ozempic. Burke expressed her support for the drug but cautioned against its misuse by individuals unwilling to put in the necessary effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The fitness guru, in her candid conversation with Page Six, stated, “I’m not mad at Ozempic, which has revolutionized the obesity landscape. However, what irks me are individuals seeking a quick fix, starving themselves, while remaining ignorant about the importance of weight training.”

Burke further elaborated on her concerns, noting the possible side effects of the drug. She explained, “We’re observing a depleted look because people are losing their appetite, which is detrimental for your metabolism. It’s just terrible.”

The television personality also shared her unique morning routine with Fox News Digital, which includes a castor oil belly button detox, lymphatic massage, a superfood smoothie, and an occasional facial cold plunge. The castor oil belly button detox, she says, works wonders for bloating and skin quality. Burke admits that part of its effectiveness might be psychological, but she appreciates the intention behind it—caring for and loving your belly.

Brooke Burke, the founder of Brooke Burke Fitness, is a proud mother of four children. She shares her daughters Neriah, 24, and Sierra, 21, with her ex-husband, Garth Fisher. Her daughter Heaven, 17, and son Shaya, 16, are from her marriage with ex-husband David Charvet, a “Baywatch” star. After splitting in 2018, the couple finalized their divorce in 2020.

Burke is currently engaged to Scott Rigsby, a real estate developer, who is a father to daughter Lila, 16, and son Levi, 12, from his previous marriage to Heather LaCombe.
